Note: If more than one repair or replacement is performed, add $15 for each additional replacement part.		$45.00 flat rate

Laptop LCD Replacement, Apple Computers additional $25		$45.00
Laptop/Notebook DC-In Connection Replacement / Repair Note: not all faulty connections can be repaired or replaced.		$100.00 flat rate

Software Related Troubleshooting and Repair ** Labor rates do not include parts and shipping charges.		$35.00 (hourly rate)

Based on the repair labor rate table above, we will charge the published labor rate for each individual repair that is performed.

Labor and replacement part pricing will be provided in a complete estimate that we will e-mail to you after the diagnosis and parts pricing have been completed. If possible, we will give you multiple alternatives for laptop or notebook part replacement, including used, refurbished and/or factory direct pricing options.
